Chocolate Glaze

4 oz. bittersweet chocolate or semi sweet chocolate – I like using Lindt chocolate bar

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

3 tbsp. butter

2 cups powder sugar

Melt chocolate with cream and the butter on low heat. Remove from heat and whisk 2 cups of powder sugar into the chocolate mixture just until smooth. This will be poured over the cooled chocolate cupcakes.
